1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of rjsemajsolutions.com and your communications with RJ Semaj Solutions LLC, also referred to as “RJ Semaj Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By using the website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling an appointment, or using a website chat or messaging feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

A proposal, statement of work, service agreement, order form, or other written agreement may contain additional terms for paid services. If a signed written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for the covered service.

2. Business and Services

RJ Semaj Solutions provides website design, landing pages, CRM setup and organization, lead capture, sales-pipeline setup, appointment booking, consent-based follow-up, reputation-management systems, social-media support, Google Business Profile support, website chat, Conversation AI configuration, database reactivation, client onboarding automation, reporting dashboards, and ongoing support as stated in an applicable proposal or agreement.

Services, schedules, deliverables, revision limits, fees, software charges, usage charges, and support obligations are determined by the applicable written proposal or agreement. Website descriptions are general information and are not a binding promise that every feature is included in every package.

3. No Guaranteed Results

RJ Semaj Solutions does not guarantee leads, revenue, sales, search rankings, followers, reviews, appointment volume, platform approval, message delivery, A2P approval, or other business results. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the client’s offer, market, content, reputation, budget, follow-up, platform policies, customer consent, and third-party systems.

4. Quotes Payments and Third Party Charges

Prices and payment schedules for paid work will be stated in a proposal, invoice, order form, or agreement. Unless the written agreement states otherwise, third-party expenses are separate from RJ Semaj Solutions service fees. These may include HighLevel subscriptions, email, telephone, SMS, carrier, AI, domain, hosting, advertising, payment-processing, application, or usage charges.

Refunds, cancellations, renewals, late payments, and ownership transfer will be governed by the applicable written agreement. The website does not create a refund right or financing arrangement that is not stated in that agreement or required by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, lawful, and authorized information and materials; review and approve content and configurations; maintain required accounts and permissions; protect credentials; obtain necessary licenses and consents; and comply with applicable laws and platform rules. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your offers, claims, customer lists, content, privacy notices, consent practices, and communications.

You must not ask RJ Semaj Solutions to send messages to purchased lists, scraped contacts, persons who have opted out, or persons for whom required consent cannot be demonstrated. You must not provide sensitive tax, banking, medical, identity, or authentication information through ordinary forms, chat, email, or SMS.

6. Text Messaging Terms

When you affirmatively opt in to an RJ Semaj Solutions texting program, you authorize RJ Semaj Solutions and its service providers to send the categories of messages described at the point of consent to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology, workflows, or AI-assisted tools where permitted.

• You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will notify us if the number changes.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may send one message confirming an opt-out. We will honor reasonable revocation requests as required by law. Review our Privacy Policy for information about mobile data and consent records.

7. Email Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Transactional or service-related communications may continue when necessary to provide requested services or notices. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or use another person’s email address without authorization.

Website chat and AI-assisted features may provide general information, gather details, schedule appointments, or route requests. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. 9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or services to violate law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; impersonate another person; transmit malware; bypass security; disrupt systems; collect data without authorization; send spam or unlawful communications; upload illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful material; or misuse AI, telephone, email, or messaging features.

10. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, original text, graphics, design elements, processes, and other materials supplied by RJ Semaj Solutions are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client ownership and licenses for paid project deliverables will be stated in the applicable written agreement. Third-party software, templates, images, fonts, plugins, and platforms remain subject to their separate licenses.

11. Third Party Services

The website and services may use or link to third-party platforms, including HighLevel or LeadConnector, telecommunications carriers, domains, hosting, calendars, social networks, payment processors, analytics, and AI providers. Third-party services may change, suspend features, charge fees, experience outages, or impose separate terms. RJ Semaj Solutions does not control those independent services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or approval decisions.

12. Privacy and Security

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for securing your devices and credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe an account, form, integration, or communication channel has been compromised.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” RJ Semaj Solutions disclaims warranties not expressly included in a signed written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJ Semaj Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the website or third-party services. Any limitation applicable to paid services will be governed by the signed agreement. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RJ Semaj Solutions harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from materials, lists, instructions, claims, or systems you provide; your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website or services; or your violation of these Terms, another person’s rights, or applicable law. This section does not require indemnification for conduct that cannot legally be indemnified.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate website access or refuse requests that appear unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, insecure, or inconsistent with these Terms. Termination of paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any controlling written agreement and any law that requires another forum, disputes concerning these website Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cook County, Illinois. Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to provide written notice and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

19. General Terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any controlling written agreement contain the applicable agreement concerning the subject addressed.
